  This office's staff has been the cause of many delays and setbacks in the procedures that needed to be done on immediate family to me. It has no comparison to other doctors offices that we have been to which handled everything professionally and quickly. The doctors at this office are great, however, getting information and referrals is like pulling teeth when dealing with their the faculty staff. I would hope they get ten times quicker when it comes to receiving and sending paperwork, especially when it is crucial to a patient's results that may have cancer.

  Worst experience ever. I went to this doctor several months. Unfortunately. So I can give you a full description. The inner waiting rooms are very depressing. They make you wait a very long time. The doctor- I had several issues and never received treatment for any. Even a foot problem several other doctors had seen. I needed a refill of medication that had started to work. Instead I was told I was wrong, the other doctors were wrong. However I never got another diagnosis or treatment. Now I'm in pain everyday. When I had a more serious issue. I was to made to feel foolish because I acted concerned. Yeah. They don't like when you bother them with questions. When I received a physical from this doctor I was told repeatedly that my blood work was perfect. No problems. Yet when I had a symptom the doctor made some vague reference to my electrolytes. And when I asked she said she could tell because of my blood work. Ummm... If that doesn't make sense to you, then you'll understand how I felt. I constantly felt put off by them and as if I was asking for special treatment just cuz I wanted to know what was wrong and receive treatment. Wow the staff - very unprofessional. Unless you like being told how gross you are because you like bananas. Yep- bananas don't even mention them in this office unless you have the time to be offended. Just getting a referral - good luck! Save time, energy & maybe your life- get treated somewhere else!!!!!
