- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had x-rays of my neck, arm and elbow done for an injury. Walked in without an appointment right at 12:00 I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival while there I asked if they did mammograms i was told yes and they added it to my other x-rays without even a seconds hesitation. The staff there was great, polite and they awere professional. I was extremely satisfied. I even asked to see all of my films and they gladly did so without any hesitation. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed in their service. I have been using them for the last several years because they are located close to my home. I called four or five times in one day to set up an appointment, but it would go to their voicemail that was a cold "User not Available. Leave a Message." I did not leave a message but finally got someone to answer the phone. She, however, quickly told me she would take my name and phone number and call me back "in a few minutes." It's been three business days. I have called St. Joseph/Candler in Pooler and booked my mammogram with them. Apparently Effingham is too busy for my business.March 18, 2017by JOANNE MUELLER
